The Nelles Manor Heritage House was thrilled to have the The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, the 29th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and Representative of Her Majesty The Queen, visit and tour the house.
Her Honour visited the House on June 2nd on an official visit to the town of Grimsby
The visit was arranged by the Town of Grimsby. In addition to the Nelles Heritage House, Her Honour visited town hall, and other local attractions in town.
The Lieutenant Governor was extremely generous with her time, and stayed for a full tour of the museum along with a visit with the guests.
