Join us for the Museum’s newest offering – a guided of the Upper Canada Art Collection of Nelles Manor Museum.

Nelles Manor Museum is the 1798 heritage home of Colonel Robert Nelles and four generations of his family. After being divided up into eight apartments, the house was purchased in 1971 and restored over 40 years to the period of the 1800s and became a museum in 2016.

Along with the restoration, the new owners added period pieces to the Nelles family pieces of furniture they received and started collecting Upper Canada art.

The collection includes three pieces for local mid-1800s artist Delos Cline Bell.
